We Do It, You Don't - SyncDeK Managed Service is a great option because it allows you to immediately realize the full benefits of SyncDeK without any up front investment of money or IT resources, and without the need to do any training or development work yourself.

How it works - Just specify on our sign-up sheet below what services you wish to implement, and how many FileMaker Servers, SQL Servers and/or mobile FileMaker Pro nodes you wish to implement these services for, and WorldSync staff will follow up with a price quote and link to activate your subscription. You will need to allow WorldSync staff to access your database server(s) over a remote administration service of your choice, and we'll do the rest.

Pricing - SyncDeK Managed Service is billed monthly and includes licensing and service. Packages start at US $149 a month for continuous backup and restoration services for one server, and scale up or down based on additional service options desired and number of servers to deploy. Payments are made through PayPal's subscription service. Using your PayPal account, you can choose from various payment collection options.

What happens after you sign up - Once you've completed the sign up form to tell us your contact info and specify what syncing services you want performed, you'll receive a quote with your monthly cost and a link you can click on to setup your PayPal subscription profile. Once your subscription is activated, we'll follow up to schedule a phone call to confirm your needs and to get remote administration connection details. Next, we'll schedule a time to make some structural changes to your database (click here for details) either using an offline copy or during off hours directly to the database. Then we are ready to install SyncDeK where needed in your environment to accomplish your specified service requirements and turn it on. Finally, we'll perform regular monthly maintenance as well as monitor activity to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
